Missing Puzzle Pieces

If you believe that you are missing a piece to your puzzle please do the following before contacting us:

  1. Assemble the entire puzzle using all available puzzle pieces
  2. Carefully search the area where you were assembling the puzzle
  3. Search nearby areas where the piece may have traveled
  4. Allow a few days for the missing piece to turn up - it usually does! They can turn up in the most unusual places: inside backpacks, attached to baseboards, by the dog bowl.....

After a few days if you still are missing pieces and the puzzle was purchased within the last 6 months & is not marked as FINAL SALE we will need the following information before we can go to the Manufacturer on your behalf:

  1. Your Puzzles Canada Order # or Sales Receipt # that is not older than 6 months nor purchased on FINAL SALE.
  2. If this was not purchased from us then please go back to where you purchased it or contact the manufacturer directly.
  3. A picture of the completed puzzle showing the missing piece

It can take up to two weeks before we get authorization from the Manufacturer/Supplier to send you a replacement bag of puzzle pieces for the Puzzle you are missing. If in that time you find the missing piece please let us know. As well, if we are out of stock of your puzzle we will send the replacement bag (box not included) as soon as it comes back in stock. 

Under certain circumstances we may request that the puzzle be returned to us. If we do, we will issue a return shipping label for you to drop off at the nearest UPS or Canada Post location (depending on the label we issue).

In some cases the supplier/manufacturer of the puzzle wants to handle issues directly themselves. When this happens we will reply to your email with a link for you to contact the supplier.

If you purchased a puzzle from us in-store any replacement bag that has been issued will need to be picked up in-store.  If an order is in our system that has not shipped yet we will add the replacement to your order. Please mention in the notes of the order that you have a replacement item.
