Secure credit card payment can be made through Puzzles Canada via a direct link with our bank's approved payment service provider.
Pay by Phone
If you are not comfortable inputting your credit card information on the internet you can choose the pay by phone option. Once you have submitted your order please call our store during regular business hours and one of our staff will gladly take your credit card information & process your payment via our store's secure link.
Payment with a Credit Card
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX. Your credit statement will show as SQUIRT'S TOYS/PUZZLES CANADA for each time you order with us. We DO NOT keep/store any credit card information so every purchase you make with us you will have to re-enter your credit card information.
**PLEASE NOTE: for USA customers that use the US$ feature on our site it is based on current exchange rates. Please be aware that all orders are actually billed at our Canadian $ pricing and converted to US$ based on current exchange rates determined by your credit card company. Your credit card total $ may not exactly match the $ shown in the checkout due to fluctuations in the exchange rate and the addition of any foreign exchange fees imposed by your credit card company. The US$ pricing on our website is based on real-time exchange rates from our CDN$
Payment via Interac e-Transfer
If you prefer not to use a credit card we can accept an eTransfer. Choose the eTransfer payment option. To complete your order please send an Interac e-Transfer to [email protected] for the value of your order - this is a direct deposit. As soon as we have confirmation of your order we will mark your order as paid & proceed to pack & ship your order.***This applies to Canadian customers only!
Having Problems with Your Payment Transaction?
In order to eliminate fraudulent transactions we have strict parameters set up with our payment provider.
One of the biggest issues we come across is that your billing address MUST be the same as your address listed on your Credit Card bill. For example: if you live in an apartment & your address is 111 Your Street, Unit 8 My Town M3M 4M4 your credit card bill may show as 8 111 Your Street, My Town M3M 4M4 - this is what you must enter on the Payment form. Check your credit card statement OR if you are still not sure please give us a call & we will gladly help you!
Also, when entering your credit card # do not put any spaces in. As well the full year must be entered (ie: 2023 not 23). If you have done either of the above the system will not recognize your credit card.
Lastly, double check your 3 digit CVV before completing your payment. If this is incorrect our system will automatically decline your payment transaction.
